The third challenge saw Martyn trying to persuade Josh of the joys of long distance running.

Josh took to it like a natural, and soon had the beating of Martyn, who despite his 5 Marathon appearances over the years, struggled to keep pace with the younger legs of a teenager.

Josh then sat Martyn down and showed him how he spends hours a week - glued to a game controller and TV screen. He taught Martyn a racing game, and they played a live game in the April all-age service, which was thrilling and close, but Josh just edged it.
